Ship small, ship often

Aurelle started inside a fifteen-person homeware shop. Orders lived in one system, stock in a spreadsheet, courier bookings in a browser tab that someone had to keep open. Every Monday started with an hour of reconciliation nobody wanted to do.
So we built the thing we wanted: one place where an order moving to shipped updates the stock count, the courier record and the customer's notification at once. Other shops asked to use it. That is the whole origin story.
First version ran a single homeware shop in Dhaka.
Opened it up to twelve other shops as a private beta.
Added vendor commissions after multi-brand sellers asked.
Around 2,400 shops across 18 countries run on it.
