No. Installing the application needs someone comfortable with a terminal once, but everything after that — products, shipping rates, team accounts — is done through the admin panel.
Yes. Add them through the product form, or bulk-load them with a seeder if you are comfortable in the terminal. Slugs and SKUs are validated as unique on the way in.
Your data stays yours. The database is on your own infrastructure, so cancelling a plan does not delete anything.
The payments module records transactions against orders and gives you the full reporting view. Connecting a live gateway is a configuration step you control, with credentials kept in your environment file.
Every screen does. The sidebar becomes a slide-over, tables scroll rather than break, and forms drop to one column.
Yes. Accounts are role-based: super administrators see everything, administrators manage day-to-day operations, and employee accounts are scoped more tightly.
Set the payment status to refunded on the order. The transaction stays in the ledger with its new status, so your reports still reconcile.
